In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 14 days from delivery so that we can resolve any problems at firstname.lastname@example.org
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and / or with tags. We do not offer a refund unless in the unlikely event of an item being faulty or store inventory being inaccurate. All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. However, should your items be visually damaged or opened on receipt, please ensure that you notify the carrier before signing for your order and let us know by emailing email@example.com
Please note, we do not offer a refund for change of mind. If you change your mind you must return the item in its original condition and a store credit will be provided.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by you, the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Little Fenix Kids will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
